Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive - Work From Office (International & Domestic BPO Process) to join our team. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing customer queries and concerns efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner

  • Provide support for both International and Domestic BPO processes

  • Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups

  • Provide timely and relevant information to customers to resolve their issues

  • Work collaboratively with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues

  • Meet performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates

  • Ensure high standards of communication and service quality

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduation (preferred) with experience in the Customer Support/BPO domain (International or Domestic Process). Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.

  • Strong communication skills are mandatory

  • Freshers must know Hindi along with any one regional language: Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam

  • Candidates must be comfortable working complete night shifts

  • Ability to handle customer interactions confidently and professionally

  • Open to rotational schedules as per business requirements

Candidates must be open to working a 6-day week during night shifts.
