Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.

• Respond to customer queries related to products, orders, returns, and service requests.

• Coordinate with logistics, sales, and warehouse teams to resolve customer issues promptly.

• Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions in ERP/CRM systems.

• Process returns, exchanges, and warranty claims as per company policies.

• Escalate unresolved queries to the concerned department for timely closure.

• Gather customer feedback and share insights for continuous improvement.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and build long-term client relationships.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills.
