Candidate can do both inbound and outbound calling .Answering high-volume incoming phone calls, emails, or live chats from customers .Troubleshooting account issues, billing discrepancies, or basic technical problems..

Pitching company products, services, or subscription plans using structured scripts .Handling customer objections confidently and negotiating price or contract terms.

Criteria - +2 Above.

Status - Full Time post available

Salary-9,800 - 12,300 adding with PF

Duty Time - 9 Hours duty with OT

Age - 18 to above.

Location - Bhubaneswar.
