Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.

• Explain product features, pricing, offers, and financing options.

• Maintain strong knowledge of product catalog and inventory.

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide prompt resolutions.

• Generate sales and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

• Ensure proper product display and upkeep of the showroom.

• Coordinate with backend/support teams for billing, delivery, and after-sales service.

• Maintain customer records and follow up for repeat business or referrals.

• Build long-term customer relationships by providing excellent service.
