Key Responsibilities:

• Address customer queries on mail and chat

• Handle customer calls professionally and efficiently.

• Keep records of customer interactions and follow up when required.

Job Requirements:

Graduate with 0 - 4 years experience in Customer support

Fluent in English and Tamil

Available to join immediately

Location: Chennai - Guindy (Cab not offered)

Working Hours : 10 am to 7 pm (Mon - Sat)

Salary: Rs.14,000 - Rs.19,000
