Job profile

• Handle queries raised by customers over phone, email, chat

• Follow up with prospective customers, understand their expectation and suggest suitable products

• Respond to inquires on social media

• Address and resolve complaints raised by customers

Requirements

• Female candidates with 0 to 7 yrs experience (Age below 30)

• Must be fluent in English and Tamil (additional regional language will be an advantage)

• Available to join immediately

Office Location: Chennai - Guindy

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday (10 am to 7 pm)

Salary:

For Freshers - Gross 16k, take home 14k - 15k

Experienced candidates - Gross 18k - 25k, take home : 17k - 22k (Based on years of experience and skill set)
