Responsibilities:

Handle inbound / outbound calls & chat .
Provide accurate resolution & ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interaction.
Requirement:
Graduate / undergraduate
0 - 3 yrs international voice experience.
Excellent English communication skills ( verbal & written )
Willing to work in night shifts
Salary & benefits
Permanent voice role :
25000 - 35000
3 months contract : 19000 + 5000 retention bonus / month
( No pf )
