Job Description

1. Role Purpose (Vision-Oriented)

The CSR Growth & Partnerships Manager will be responsible for building IBF’s CSR funding pipeline, establishing corporate partnerships, and driving sustainable growth towards the long-term vision of scaling IBF into a 100 Crore CSR institution.

2. Key Responsibility

Identify and research CSR-eligible companies across India
Build and manage corporate relationships with CSR heads and decision-makers
Generate CSR leads through email, LinkedIn, calls, and networking
Coordinate with CEO to prepare high-impact CSR proposals and presentations
Track CSR pipeline, proposals, and partnership status using CRM tools
Negotiate and close CSR partnerships and MoUs
Collaborate with internal teams to align CSR proposals with impact programs
Prepare monthly CSR growth reports and insights
