Job Summary
The CRM Executive (Sales) will be responsible for managing sales leads in the CRM system, ensuring accurate data entry, proper lead distribution to the sales team, and tracking lead status to support the sales process efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Receive leads from various sources (marketing campaigns, inbound calls, website, referrals, etc.)
Enter, update, and maintain accurate lead data in CRM/software
Verify and categorize leads based on defined criteria
Distribute and assign leads to Sales Executives as per allocation rules
Track lead movement and status in CRM
Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and lead updates
Ensure timely follow-up and avoid lead duplication or leakage
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly lead reports
Support sales and marketing teams with CRM-related data and insights
Ensure CRM data accuracy and process compliance
Required Skills
Basic understanding of sales and lead management process
Hands-on experience with CRM tools or Excel
Good communication and coordination skills
Attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability to work with targets and timelines
Preferred Qualifications
Any graduate
Experience in B2B / B2C sales support (preferred)
Familiarity with CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce, Freshsales, etc.)
