Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Manager to manage customer relationship activities and improve customer engagement and retention. The role focuses on maintaining CRM systems, analyzing customer data, and supporting sales and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the CRM system and customer database
Ensure accuracy and integrity of customer data
Plan and execute CRM campaigns in coordination with sales and marketing teams
Analyze customer behavior and generate insights to improve retention
Track CRM performance and prepare regular reports
Support customer communication through email, SMS, and other channels
Ensure compliance with data privacy and company policies
Requirements
1 to 3 years of experience in CRM or customer relationship management
Graduate qualification
Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar
Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills
