Job Description
We are looking for a CRM Executive to manage customer relationships and ensure excellent customer service. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, maintaining records, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring timely resolution of customer concerns.
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle customer queries and complaints.
Maintain customer records in CRM software.
Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, and Project teams.
Conduct customer follow-ups and provide updates.
Prepare MIS reports and customer data reports.
Ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Maintain customer satisfaction and retention.
Working Days
6 Days a Week
Office Timing
9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Preferred Candidate
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Proficient in MS Excel and CRM software.
Experience in Real Estate CRM preferred.
Strong customer handling and coordination skills.
