Key Responsibilities
1. Handle customer inquiries received via Phone calls, Email, WhatsApp, IndiaMART, and other platforms
2. Submit tenders and quotations as required
3. Prepare and send professional Quotations and Proforma Invoices
4. Follow up on payments and coordinate with accounts team
5. Manage inventory records and updates
6. Build and maintain excellent customer relations
7. Oversee complete Order Management from receipt to closure
8. Coordinate dispatches, logistics, and delivery tracking
Required Skills:
1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word (essential for data handling, reporting, and documentation)
2. Strong email writing skills with professional communication
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
4. Good interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
5. Knowledge of Tally Prime is preferred (added advantage for accounting/inventory entries)
6. Organized, multitasking ability, and attention to detail
7. Prior experience in CRM, sales coordination, customer support, or back-office role in trading/manufacturing/industrial
8. products sector will be an advantage (freshers with strong skills may also apply)
