We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Sales Calling Executives to join our growing team and engage with Australian customers.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing Australian customers.
• Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
• Explain company products and services while addressing customer queries.
• Schedule appointments and follow-up discussions for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead status in CRM systems.
• Follow up on pending inquiries and nurture leads to improve conversion rates.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and support.
• Prepare and share periodic reports on lead status and calling activities.
• Contribute towards business growth through effective customer engagement.

Preferred Candidate Profile
• BPO experience is mandatory.
• Experience in telecalling, inside sales, customer service, or lead generation preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and handle objections effectively.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
