Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and job seekers regarding career opportunities.
Understand candidates' educational background and career goals.
Explain available courses, job opportunities, and placement services.
Handle inbound and outbound calls.
Follow up with interested candidates.
Schedule interviews and maintain candidate records.
Build strong relationships with candidates.
Achieve monthly counselling and admission targets.
Coordinate with the recruitment and placement team.

Required Skills

Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
Positive attitude and convincing ability.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email).
Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
Ability to work in a team.
Quick learner and self-motivated.

Qualification

Graduate in any stream (Freshers can apply)
Candidates with counselling, telecalling, customer support, or sales experience will be preferred.
