Position: Counsellor

Job Responsibilities:

Communicate with candidates through calls and messages.
Explain job details, including salary, location, working hours, and responsibilities.
Answer candidates' questions and provide proper guidance.
Schedule interviews for interested candidates.
Follow up with candidates and maintain their records.
Coordinate with the recruitment team when required.

Requirements:

Good communication skills in English and/or Hindi.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.
