Counsellor

We are looking for a Counselor/Office Assistance to join our team "Success Steps Academy" to handle customer calls, provide exceptional customer support and resolve queries related to IELTS/PTE/TOEFL/DUOLINGO/LANGUAGECERT training . The role offers an attractive in-hand salary of 10,000 to 12,000 and opportunities for growth.

She should be a fresher and should be between 18 and 25 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle walk in students/telephonic students calls professionally and efficiently.

• Address candidates/students queries, resolve concerns and manage complaints.

• Keep records of students interactions and follow up when required.

• Provide candidates with accurate information to help resolve their issues.

• Attendance maintenance.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and should be a fresher. You will be responsible for addressing students queries, solving complaints and escalating complex issues when necessary. The candidate should be comfortable working in day shift Mon to Friday .
