Counsellor

A Visa Counselor guides clients through the complex visa application process, assessing eligibility for various visa categories (work, study, tourist), preparing documentation, and ensuring compliance with current immigration laws. They act as a liaison between clients and embassies, offering advice to increase approval chances and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Consultation & Assessment: Evaluate client profiles to determine the best visa options and assess eligibility.

• Documentation Management: Guide clients in collecting, preparing, and reviewing required documents for accuracy.

• Application Submission: Assist in filling out forms and submitting applications to embassies, consulates, or immigration authorities.

• Regulatory Updates: Maintain up-to-date knowledge on changing immigration policies and laws.

• Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact, providing updates on application status and resolving queries.

• Representation: In specialized cases, represent students or skilled workers in their applications.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Previous experience in visa counseling or immigration services is typically preferred.

• Knowledge: Strong understanding of immigration laws and visa procedures for specific countries.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to interact with clients and officials.
