Counsellor

We are looking for a Counsellor to join our team at Oriental Integrated Facility Management Private Limited. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Education. The role offers ₹34000 - ₹34000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Key Responsibilities – Counsellor (IHM):

  • Counsel students regarding academic programs, admissions, and career opportunities in hospitality and hotel management.

  • Guide prospective students and parents by providing accurate information about courses, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures.

  • Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions and address student queries in person, over phone, and via email.

  • Assist in the admission process, including application review, documentation verification, and follow-ups.

  • Coordinate with academic departments for student orientation and counselling activities.

  • Maintain student records, counselling reports, and admission data accurately.

  • Support students in career planning, internships, and placement-related guidance.

  • Organize and participate in outreach activities, seminars, and campus events.

  • Handle student grievances and provide appropriate guidance or escalation when required.

  • Ensure confidentiality and maintain ethical counselling standards.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0.5 - 6+ years of experience. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Day shift.
