Salary

• Freshers: Up to ₹25,000 per month

• Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹50,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Academic Counselors to join our team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students, understanding their educational needs, and helping them choose the right courses and programs.

Candidates with prior experience in educational institutes, coaching centers, or EdTech organizations will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students.

• Convert inquiries into admissions through effective counseling.

• Maintain and update student records in the CRM system.

• Conduct follow-ups with leads and ensure timely closure.

• Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding.

• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

• Participate in seminars, workshops, and promotional activities.

• Handle pressure and keep themselves calm.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in the educational institutions will be highly preferred:

• Any competitive exam coaching institute or EdTech company

Experience Required

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• 1–5 years of experience in Academic Counseling, Admission Counseling, Student Counseling, Tele-counseling, or EdTech Sales is preferred.
