Conduct initial consultations with clients to understand their immigration needs and goals.
Assess eligibility for various visa categories (student, work, permanent residency, business, family, etc.).
Provide accurate information about immigration laws, procedures, and documentation requirements.
Guide clients in preparing and reviewing application forms and supporting documents.
Stay updated with the latest immigration policies, regulations, and country-specific requirements.
Coordinate with legal teams, institutions, and government authorities as required.
Maintain proper records of client cases and track application progress.
Counsel clients on possible challenges, timelines, and outcomes of their applications.
Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and trust.
Participate in seminars, workshops, or promotional events organized by the company.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (law, business, or social sciences preferred).
Previous experience in immigration, overseas education, or counselling roles preferred.
Strong knowledge of visa categories and immigration procedures for multiple countries.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Multilingual abilities will be an added advantage.
