Role: Patient Counsellor

Responsibilities:

• Explain eye conditions, treatments, and surgeries (e.g., Cataract) to patients.

• Counsel patients on lens options and costs.

• Address patient fears and concerns with empathy.

• Coordinate patient appointments and follow-ups.

• Manage patient records and daily reports.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2+ years as a counsellor, with knowledge of eye hospital patient handling.

• Skills: Excellent communication, empathy, and patient handling skills.

• Gender: Female candidate preferred.
