Executive - CRE
3 CANDIDATES • Must be able to communicate with customers in a professional
and courteous manner.
• handle customer queries, resolve complaints quickly, provide
clear product or service information, keep records updated, and
collect feedback to help the company improve.
• Fluent in English & Tamil (speak and write); ability to speak Hindi
and Telugu, is required.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong skills in internet research, including keyword-based data
searching.
• Must have working knowledge of:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a customer-facing or
multimedia-related role is preferred.
