Coordinator

Responsibility

• Organize and facilitate circle meetings, ensuring a collaborative, inclusive, and respectful environment.

• Develop agendas, discussion guides, and materials to support sessions.

• Ensure meetings run on time and objectives are achieved.

• Schedule meetings, manage communications, and maintain attendance records.

• Coordinate venues (physical or virtual platforms like Zoom/Teams).

• Document key discussions, action points, and outcomes.

• Track progress of circle goals and initiatives.

• Provide feedback and reports to program leadership.

• Suggest improvements to enhance circle effectiveness.

• Encourage sharing of case studies, technical solutions, and project experiences.

• Document and circulate meeting notes, learnings, and key takeaways.

• Facilitate discussions on technical skills, Agile practices, or domain knowledge.

Requirement

Qualification : B.tech or MCA

Experience More then 3+y

Good Knowledge of Excel

Experience in any type of Software (CRM, ERP )
