Handling calls/mails with Agents (B2B).
Communicate & action queries as per requirement
Escalate queries & concerns to concerned department/person
Follow SOPs and focus on query management
Keep track and be updated of the changes in hotel policies
Focused to follow result-oriented work
Strong & effective query conversion through follow ups
Maintain proper data of the queries handled, booking done and payment reminders
