We are looking for DRA Certified Telecallers to join our team and handle customer calls related to banking collections and overdue accounts.
The role offers a CTC of ₹18,000 to ₹20,000 per month, along with additional performance incentives and opportunities to build a career in the banking collections industry.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate responses.
Follow approved calling scripts and collection processes.
Conduct regular follow-ups with customers regarding overdue accounts.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Work towards assigned collection and performance targets.
Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate team when required.
Job Requirements
Qualification: Any Graduation
Experience: 0 to 1 year in Collections Calling / Voice Process
Languages: Fluent in Telugu and comfortable with Hindi
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
Customer-focused with the ability to handle different customer personalities.
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage follow-ups effectively.
DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) Certification preferred.
Comfortable working in a rotational weekly-off environment.
