Collection Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer with 8–10 years of industry experience to manage mechanical production, maintenance, and quality operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and hands-on exposure in a manufacturing and export-oriented environment, along with readiness for international travel.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee mechanical operations, production, and maintenance activities

Ensure smooth and efficient functioning of machinery and equipment

Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules

Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with technical specifications

Coordinate with production, quality, and export teams for smooth project execution

Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and related documentation

Support process improvement initiatives and cost optimization measures

Provide technical support for ongoing and upcoming international projects

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

8–10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing / export industry (mandatory)

Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and industrial machinery

Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently

Computer Skills:

Working knowledge of AutoCAD software

Ability to prepare and review 2D drawings for projects

Good communication, coordination, and team management skills

Travel Requirements:

Willingness and readiness to travel internationally for 10–15 days or more per month, as per project requirements
