Collxn Partners is a growing collection and recovery organization, looking for an experienced and result-oriented Collection Manager to join our team.
🔹 Experience: 3–5 years in collections
🔹 Role: Field Job – Collection Portfolio Management
🔹 Responsibilities:
Manage collection portfolios for one or multiple banks/NBFCs.
Lead and manage field collection teams.
Handle customer interactions and resolve collection-related issues.
Drive collection targets, team productivity, and portfolio performance.
💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Fixed)
