📝 Job Description (Collections Process)

We are hiring Collection Executives for our Bellandur location. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers regarding overdue payments and ensuring timely recovery while maintaining professional communication.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers for payment follow-ups

• Inform customers about overdue amounts and due dates

• Negotiate and convince customers for timely payments

• Maintain accurate records of collection activities

• Achieve daily and monthly collection targets

• Follow company compliance and collection policies

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification: PUC / Any Graduate

• Freshers can apply

• Good communication skills (English mandatory, Kannada/Hindi added advantage)

• Basic computer knowledge

• Ability to handle pressure and targets
