✨ Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound collection calls to customers in a professional manner.

• Follow up on pending payments and maintain call quality standards.

• Record and update call details accurately in the system.

• Adhere to compliance guidelines and call scripts.

✨ Candidate Requirements

• Fluency in English, Telugu, Kannada & Hindi (any two or more).

• Strong communication and listening skills.

• Willing to work in a target-based environment.

• Freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.

💰 Salary Package (CTC)

Language Take Home Salary (Approx.)

Telugu ₹14,000 – ₹16,000

Kannada / Hindi ₹16,000 – ₹18,000

➡️ Freshers: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 (based on languages & interview)

➡️ Experienced: Up to ₹18,000

Benefits: ESIC & PF applicable as per company policy.
