Job Description:

SRS Advisory Pvt. Ltd. - Bangalore, is looking for passionate and goal-oriented Collection Telecallers to join our team. This role requires handling outbound calls, following up on overdue payments, and providing clear and courteous communication to ensure timely collections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers for EMI/due follow-ups

• Address payment-related queries and resolve concerns professionally

• Maintain accurate records of interactions and payment commitments

• Follow escalation protocols for unresolved or critical cases

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volumes and collections

• Collaborate with field teams and other departments when necessary

• Maintain compliance with company and regulatory guidelines

Job Requirements:

• Qualification: Minimum 12th pass or equivalent degree

• Experience: 6 months to 4 years in collections/customer service preferred

• Languages:

  • English – Moderate proficiency

  • Kannada or other regional languages – Fluent

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to handle difficult conversations with patience and professionalism

• Target-driven with a solution-oriented mindset
