1. Make outbound calls to customers for loan recovery and follow-ups.
2. Negotiate payment plans and resolve queries professionally.
3. Maintain accurate records of interactions in the system.
4. Meet daily/weekly collection targets.
5. Handle customer grievances empathetically and collaborate with the team to reduce delinquency.
6. Conduct calls primarily in Hindi.
7. Achieve performance metrics (call volume, recovery, etc.).
8.Additionally, you will support customer service activities, such as responding to queries, resolving issues, and maintaining records.
