Job Summary

Apex Prime Services is hiring dedicated and target-oriented candidates for loan recovery and collection processes. The selected candidates will communicate with customers over phone calls, follow up on overdue loan payments, explain pending dues, and assist customers in completing their repayments professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue loan payments.

• Follow up with customers for pending EMIs and outstanding dues.

• Explain repayment details and payment procedures to customers.

• Maintain regular follow-ups and update collection records in the system.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.

• Handle customer queries professionally and maintain accurate call records.

• Follow company policies and ethical collection practices.

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Good communication skills in Hindi are required.

• Basic computer knowledge is preferred.

• Candidates should be confident, disciplined, and target-oriented.

• Previous experience in telecalling, banking, loan collection, or recovery will be an advantage.
