📍 Location: Sector 51, Gurgaon

🕒 Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

📅 Working Days: Monday to Friday (2nd & 4th Saturday Off)

🎯 Interview Mode: Face-to-Face

## 💼 Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecaller – Collection Executive to manage collection calls, follow-ups, and recovery coordination with clients and debtors. The candidate should possess strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to handle collection processes professionally.

## 🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Handle outbound and inbound collection calls professionally

• Follow up with clients and debtors for pending payments

• Maintain proper records of calls and payment updates

• Negotiate payment timelines and resolve customer queries

• Coordinate with internal teams regarding collection updates

• Ensure timely follow-up through calls, emails, and messages

• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients

• Achieve daily and monthly collection targets

## ✅ Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telecalling/collection process

• Good communication skills in English & Hindi

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication

• Comfortable handling customer conversations and follow-ups
