Customers ke saath professional communication maintain karna
Payment related information aur updates system me maintain karna
Team aur management ke saath coordination me kaam karna
Customers ko repayment process aur dues ke baare me guide karna

Requirements:

Good communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Hindi speaking mandatory
