We Are Hiring – Telecaller / Collection Executive (Loan Recovery Agent)

Job Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and confident Telecaller / Collection Executive to handle loan recovery processes and communicate effectively with customers.

Responsibilities:

Call customers regarding pending loan payments
Convince and negotiate with customers for timely payment
Maintain proper records of calls and follow-ups
Handle customer queries professionally
Achieve daily and monthly collection targets

Eligibility:

Fresher & Experienced both can apply

Good communication skills (Hindi/Basic English)
Basic knowledge of calling and handling customers
Confident and positive attitude

Training Details (For Freshers):

Training Duration: 3 Days
Training Time: 10:00 AM – 05:00 PM
