Job Role: Collection Executive
Department: Collections
Experience: 1-3 years (Freshers with relevant skills may also apply)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and monitor the collection process for outstanding payments from clients.

2. Contact customers via phone, email, or in-person to follow up on overdue accounts.

3. Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions.

4. Negotiate payment plans and resolve billing disputes with customers.

5. Ensure timely collection of payments to meet monthly and quarterly targets.

6. Coordinate with the sales and accounts teams to resolve payment-related issues.

7. Provide regular updates and reports on collection status to the management team.

8. Adhere to company policies and legal guidelines while handling collections.

Requirements:

1. Education: Any graduate (preferably in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration).

2. Experience: 1-3 years in collections, accounts receivable, or a similar role.

3. Skills:

   • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

   • Strong problem-solving abilities.

   • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with accounting software.

   • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

4. Attributes:

   • Self-motivated and target-driven.

   • High level of integrity and professionalism.

   • Good interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
