Key Responsibilities:

1. Debt Collection: Contact customers to remind them of outstanding dues via calls, emails, or visits.
2. Follow up consistently to ensure timely payment.
3. Account Management: Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and payment statuses. Update collection databases with accurate and timely information.
4. Negotiation and Settlement: Negotiate payment terms and settlements within the company's policies. Provide alternative repayment plans where applicable.
5. Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and relevant legal regulations.
