🔹 Job Summary:

We are hiring a result-driven Debt Recovery Executive responsible for managing delinquent accounts, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining professional customer interactions while adhering to compliance standards.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Follow up with customers for overdue payments via calls, emails, and field visits

Negotiate repayment plans and ensure closure of outstanding dues

Maintain accurate records of collection activities and interactions

Handle escalations and resolve disputes efficiently

Achieve monthly recovery targets and minimize NPAs

Ensure strict adherence to regulatory and company policies

🔹 Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate in any discipline

Experience: 0–5 years (Freshers can apply)

CIBIL Score: 650–700+ (Mandatory)

Strong communication & negotiation skills

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
