Job Summary:

The Loan Recovery Agent – Bucket X Portfolio is responsible for managing overdue accounts that fall under the designated Bucket X (e.g., 60–90 DPD). The role involves contacting delinquent customers, negotiating payment plans, and ensuring recovery of overdue loan amounts while maintaining compliance with regulatory and organizational guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and follow up on accounts assigned under Bucket X (e.g., 60–90 days past due).

• Contact customers via phone, SMS, or email to remind them of overdue payments.

• Understand customer reasons for non-payment and negotiate suitable repayment solutions.

• Maintain accurate records of communications and payment arrangements.

• Provide timely updates and reports on recovery performance and customer commitments.

• Follow all legal, regulatory, and company policies during recovery efforts.

Qualifications:

• Minimum High School Diploma or Graduate Degree preferred.

• 1–3 years of experience in loan collections/recovery; experience with delinquent buckets (60–90+ DPD) is a plus.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.______
