Job Description

Job Title: Collection Executive / Debt Collection Agent

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Collection Executive to recover outstanding payments from customers and ensure timely collections. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with clients, negotiating payment plans, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact customers via calls, emails, or messages to collect overdue payments
Follow up regularly on outstanding accounts
Negotiate payment terms and resolve payment issues
Maintain accurate records of collection activities
Handle customer queries and disputes professionally
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations

Requirements:

Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
Good communication and negotiation skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
Prior experience in collections/BPO is a plus
Language- Hindi/English
