Job Description (JD):

• Handling outbound calls for collections

• Following up with customers for pending payments

• Maintaining call records and updating systems

• Achieving assigned collection targets

• Ensuring professional and compliant communication

Eligibility:

Minimum 6 months experience• in calling (Sales / Customer Support / Collections)

Must be confident with excellent communication skills•

Salary:

- 17k to 20k in hand
