Job Description – Collection Telecaller (Digital Flow Company)

We are hiring Collection Telecallers for a Digital Flow Company. The candidate will be responsible for calling customers regarding pending payments, EMI reminders, and overdue accounts while maintaining professional communication. The role includes handling customer queries, negotiating repayment plans, updating collection records, and achieving daily and monthly collection targets.
