📌 Job Opportunity: Tele Collection Executive

📍 Location: Bommanahalli/ Tin factory, Bangalore

💰 Salary: ₹23,000 (Take Home), ₹24,000 (CTC) + Incentives

Languages: English and Hindi mandatory

6 working days and 1 rotational week off

About the Company:

We are a leading instant personal loan platform catering to self-employed and salaried professionals. Customers can apply for loans ranging from ₹3,000 up to ₹5 Lakhs, based on their requirements.

We act as an online facilitator for personal loan transactions between borrowers and reputed banks/NBFCs. Interest rates start from 12.25% p.a. for loan amounts up to ₹4 Lakhs and tenures up to 2 years.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers for loan collection.

• Follow up on pending payments and ensure timely recovery.

• Maintain accurate records of conversations and transactions.

• Provide excellent customer service and handle objections tactfully.
