Job Title- Collections Executive

Location- Tin Factory

Working Days- 6 days working with rotational off, No cab

Salary- 18K- 25K in hand + 10K- 15K Incentives every month

Languages Required- English and Hindi

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact customers through calls, SMS, or emails to remind them of pending or overdue payments.

• Explain payment terms, outstanding amounts, and possible consequences of non-payment.

• Negotiate repayment plans and ensure timely collection of dues.

• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-up activities.

• Update payment status in the system and generate collection reports.

• Handle customer queries related to billing, EMI schedules, or disputes.
