Collection Executive

Role: Collection Team Leader

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Supervision

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of collection agents to meet and exceed targets.

• Monitor daily performance and provide coaching or corrective action as needed.

• Conduct regular team meetings and individual performance reviews.

  Assign accounts and workloads fairly among team members.

• Ensure all collection activities comply with legal and company regulations.

  Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in a collections role, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.

  • Strong knowledge of debt collection laws and best practices.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
