Credfin Services Private Limited is hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Collection Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, resolving payment-related queries, maintaining positive customer relationships, and ensuring timely follow-ups.

Salary

Freshers: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on interview performance)

Experienced Candidates (1–3 years): Salary will be offered based on Experience, Last Drawn Salary and interview performance.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

Assist customers with payment-related queries and provide appropriate solutions.

Resolve customer complaints in a timely and courteous manner.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.

Achieve daily and monthly performance targets while maintaining service quality.

Job Requirements

Minimum qualification: 10th Pass

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in BPO, collections, or customer service will be preferred.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Ability to handle customer conversations professionally.

Willingness to work 6 days a week in the Day Shift.
