Job Description

Credfin Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for motivated and result-oriented Collection Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for following up with customers regarding overdue payments while maintaining a professional and customer-friendly approach.

Key Responsibilities

Contact customers via phone to remind them of pending payments.
Follow up on overdue accounts and ensure timely collections.
Negotiate payment plans with customers when required.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment updates.
Resolve customer queries related to outstanding dues.
Meet daily and monthly collection targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve payment-related issues.

Eligibility

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Experience in collections, telecalling, customer service, or banking/finance is preferred but freshers may also apply.
