Join CMSAE’s high-performance Collections Team supporting leading UAE Telecom clients. As a Collections Executive, you’ll connect with customers to recover outstanding dues, negotiate payment arrangements
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to UAE customers regarding overdue telecom bills.
Negotiate payment commitments and handle settlement discussions.
Update CRM records accurately with call outcomes and customer details.
Adhere to client compliance, process scripts, and data protection norms.
Achieve collection and contact rate monthly targets.
Maintain courteous and professional communication at all times.
Requirements
Minimum 12th Pass, Preferred: Bachelor's Degree
6 months–3 years of experience in International Voice / Collections / BPO preferred.
Good English and Hindi both languages communication skills (verbal & listening).
Target-oriented with strong negotiation and persuasion ability.
Basic computer and CRM navigation skills.
