Job Description:

We are hiring Collection Executives to manage customer interactions related to personal loan collections. The ideal candidate will handle overdue accounts, resolve customer issues, and ensure timely follow-ups while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle outgoing customer calls professionally

• Manage overdue loan accounts, including 90+ DPD (Days Past Due) cases

• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns with a problem-solving approach

• Maintain logs of customer interactions and follow-up actions

• Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer issues

• Escalate complex cases to the relevant department

• Achieve performance targets such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass

• Experience: Freshers to 5 years (Collection/Call Center experience preferred)

• Candidates with experience in handling 90+ DPD cases will be preferred

• Good communication skills in Hindi/English

• Ability to handle customers politely and professionally

• Willing to work 6 days a week in Day Shift
