Job Overview :
Tele callers for recovery, collection, and customer service processes.
The role involves contacting customers for payment collections, resolving queries, and
maintaining strong customer relationships while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
•Make outbound calls and handle inbound
queries.
•Promote company products/services and explain details clearly.
•Maintain accurate customer records and follow up
regularly.
•Resolve customer queries and ensure satisfaction.
•Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Requirements:
•Minimum 12th pass
•Good communication & listening skills (Hindi/English/regional).
•Basic computer knowledge
•Fresher's or candidates with BPO/telecalling experience can apply (DRA & Non – DRA both)
